These policies cover phone account registration and sign-in. Family messaging, scam analysis and paid subscriptions are not active in this account release.

Your phone account

You must be at least 18 and use a mobile number you own or are authorized to control. Do not register another person without authority, intercept codes or bypass verification limits.

By selecting “Text me a code,” you request an automated Send To Check authentication text from LWW Technologies LLC. Message frequency depends on your signup, sign-in and resend requests. Message and data rates may apply. This does not authorize marketing, family alerts or a paid subscription.

Reply STOP to stop authentication texts from the applicable sender, or HELP for help. You can also contact support@getsterlingai.com. Opting out can prevent phone sign-in. Enter your code only on the Send To Check page where you requested it. Never read it to a caller or send it to support. Family secret words are not account recovery credentials.

Availability and charges

Creating an account does not subscribe you to a paid plan. Any future purchase must show its price and terms before you authorize a charge. Your mobile provider may charge for messages or data.

Delivery depends on telephone carriers and can be delayed or unavailable. Phone verification proves control at that time, not that a future call or message is genuine. This account release provides neither emergency services nor scam verdicts.

We may limit access to address abuse or security issues. Contact support@getsterlingai.com for account concerns. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded. Material updates will be posted with any required notice.
