Information we use
We use your mobile number, account identifiers, verification and session information, request timing, and identifiers derived from your browser context and network address to create and protect your account. Essential cookies keep you signed in and associate code requests with your browser.
Verification codes establish control of your phone number. Pending codes are encrypted on our server and expire after five minutes. Codes are not written to application logs. We do not ask for your message history, bank credentials or family secret word during signup.
Use and disclosure
We use this information to deliver requested codes, authenticate you, maintain sessions, prevent abuse and provide support. Telnyx and telephone carriers process the number and text needed for delivery. Amazon Web Services provides hosting and encryption.
We do not sell signup information or share mobile numbers, text opt-in data or consent records with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users and secure the service.
Retention and your choices
We retain account information while needed to operate your account and for applicable security, support and legal purposes. Temporary codes expire. Signing out ends your session; it does not delete your account or all provider and backup records.
Contact support@getsterlingai.com to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify your identity and retain information needed for security, disputes or legal obligations. Never send a verification code to support.
